Not that I am looking for a new role, but I do think it's about time that it becomes the norm that any job advert comes with the pay range included by default.

Same goes for recruiters. I am perfectly happy for you to ping me messages about great opportunities, but you best be ready to tell me who the hiring company is and what's on offer $$ wise.

It's just a waste of everyone's time going thru the process to then find out either it's a place I don't want to work at, or the remuneration package is below what I am willing to accept.
