The #Philippine senate plans to ban violent #videogames over the recent shooting in #Tacloban.

My generation grew up with #GTA 3d-verse.

Heck I even did this things in this clip of boredom. Yet I have never raised my hand against a woman.

We need to stop using games as a scapegoat.

Able to finish Super #Mario Brothers (#SMB) in the #SMBRemastered. Have already beaten this game before even on the original console. But I am glad I bought that NES mini and extracted the roms #retro

Our #1 #fallensword guild is shutting down over false duping accusations, showing #huntedcow incompetence. I played for the memories, but trust is gone. I’m quitting. Good luck with #fallensword2. I heard it is still a stamina based grind, toll order to succeed. They should've focused on #Eldevin.

Steam’s new personalized calendar apparently rolled out a while ago. Nobody asked for it, but I actually appreciate it. Lawsuits like Rockman/Moring act like #Steam is just price collusion, but it’s dominant because it’s good. They say they're #Gamers? I doubt it. Only real alternative is #GOG

Had a fun time playing #NinjaGaiden3 in #3DSen . A lot harder than plain 2d mode but still interesting to play the game in a different perspective. #Retro #Nes

I wanted to play #NeoPhyte1997 but had difficulties running it on #Wine. Then apparently there is a way to get decent GPU acceleration on #Win98 via #SoftGPU and look and behold. I am able to enjoy screen autofit, 1080p that normally you only get when virtualizing #WinXp VMs #Retro #RetroComputing

Sherwin Gatchalian is not even the #Philippines #Senate #President pro tempore (it is Loren Legarda). Yet he is acting like the #Senate #President, saying there is no official duty today just to cancel the #FloodControl scandal inquiry. Not picking sides but this is awfully suspicious to me 😉.

Gatchalian was illegally appointed as an acting #Philippine #Senate President with only 12 votes. The 1987 Constitution strictly requires 13 out of 24.

Shrinking the quorum because members are in jail or hiding has no legal basis!

The recent walkouts were clearly just a fishy power grab.
