It’s Thanksgiving Weekend in Canada, so I harvested
a butternut squash from our garden, roasted it, and later will try to transform this into a creamy soup.

You can see I checked many times with a fork to see when the squash was sufficiently roasted! First time with this recipe…

Solar system connected and running now since this past Monday (had to wait a month after panels went on the roof for our local power utility to allow hookup to the grid).

Clear skies right now and generating at max output from the DC to AC inverter. ☀️

My serendipitous attendance at a Canadian Football League game last night was a lot of fun. It was a close game, the crowd was clearly into it, there was always something happening when teams were strategizing on field. Also I'm pretty sure that I saw @shayman in his #94 “Dictator" jersey directing the crowd when the Argonauts Fight Song was playing on the video screen! I'd go again.

I’m in sports fan mode, at a Toronto Argonauts game at BMO field while I wait for my 15yo daughter and her friend to finish up at the Tate McRae concert at Ontario Place.

Truthfully I had no idea the football game was even happening tonight and am looking at the admission price more as a guarantee of a place to sit for several hours.

I am wearing a hat for the wrong sportsball team. I don’t even know the rules of football, but… I am looking forward to the spectacle. Maybe a band, too?@shayman
