As Texans prepare for yet another severe weather event, a lot of us may do well to notice the scope of our concern. Are we thinking only about ourselves and our household? Do our neighbors have our back? Do we have theirs? What could we be doing differently - less anxiously, more efficiently, more resiliently - if we were able to move more collectively? What obstacles are keeping us from defaulting to this approach?
