@nelson I’ve studied and made advanced patterns with most recent frameworks, and native (no frameworks).

Vue is the simplest framework.

Native with ESM modules and defining your own custom elements too.

If you need structure (what framework are great for), Nuxt with Vue.

@leslore I would add even more than that.
Our government should SERIOUSLY and ACTIVELY migrate OUT of GAFAM (Google, Apple, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft) and by that fact seriously use Open-Source software and hire local Canadians whose been talking about this for decades.
