any tool around it should probably respect that

no setup, no thinking, no scrolling through options

just getting from “i should” to actually starting
I don’t think a #workout app should try to change your behavior
it should respect your decisions
and then just do its job
you plan a #workout in the morning
by evening the day went somewhere else entirely
that’s not failure, that’s just how most days look
