I've been picking up extra shifts at the fire department, so when I'm home, everybody gets all snuggly. Remy decided that if he trapped me on the sofa, I couldn't leave again, so we spent a lot of time w/ him snuggled on my leg while I watched TV.
Lily was fascinated by something outside the front windows. I couldn't see to tell what it was... probably a chipmunk, as they like to taunt the cats. #CatsOfMastodon#floofycat#lynxpoint#prettyblueeyes
@xap Hey... just saw this post. I'm so sorry about the layoff. Having been let go after almost 28 years, I know the feeling. I don't have any leads, but if I can help w/ resume pointers or anything, please let me know!
@TheZeldaZone Is your former company charging a maintenance fee if you leave it where it is? If so, is that fee higher than you’d pay if you moved it? I left mine in place because I was happy with the way it was managed and my access to it wasn’t changing. Once I have a new job with a new 401k, I’ll roll it over just to have everything in one place. (Short version: there may be no downside to leaving it where it is.)
