ESPECIALLY for banal and innocuous stuff like organizing your little league team or your neighborhood potluck or your coworker's lunch bunch. The more people using encrypted comms platforms for absolutely boring things, the easier it is for those of us to NEED encrypted comms to be lost in the noise.
