@omgeedigitech Congrats on sharing a much-appreciated article on the role of organizational transformation. What jumps out to me is the concept of learning sprints. Most organizations treat hackathons as the answer to building an innovative culture, but the rush nature of these cycles is too inadequate by design. Having dedicated time on the sprint board is a much better approach to learning as it raises the significance of the activity to the same level of product-focused work. Thanks again.

@colisty Thanks for sharing a very informative article. I wanted to dive into the section on the role of training programs but noticed that the link is broken.
@boagworld I agree with your concerns about retention having taken my share of workplace workshops. What has worked for me in the past is having a pre or post-engagement phase that complemented the workshop. Have you done this kind of phased delivery yourself? These days, I am on the other side of the fence, building Cassava to deliver training in a novel way that boosts engagement, retention, and adoption, as you alluded to. I would love you to take a look and let me know your thoughts.

@christopherarthursson Hey Chris, this article brings to mind a popular axiom in leadership of “Tell me what I need to know, not what I want to hear.”
