Healing is not a straight line.
Today, court was too heavy for one of the girls in our care. She tried, bravely, but could only say her name before falling silent.
So we chose her wellbeing first.
By the end of the day, she was laughing again, surrounded by people who believe her and will keep walking beside her. 🖤
