@douglasvb Oh, I misunderstood. Based on your tag of apairy, I thought you were beekeeping on purpose. It’s entirely possible you are on the flight path to a nice water source or foraging field for the girls.
Winston will need a beekeeper’s suit, that’s all there is to it. He’s orange, that’s a bright color which might attract the girls. One of my cats was stung once and had to go to the vet due to swelling. He just stayed inside after that because I couldn’t adequately protect him.
@douglasvb Are you able to make the patio less attractive and another space more attractive for the bees? Can you put a water source somewhere else? What about blooming flowers? Our bees were attracted to bright colors so if it looked like or was a flower, they investigated. If you keep flowers on the patio, could they be moved to another part of the yard? If you don’t have flowers on the patio, can you plant flowers elsewhere so they would be more likely to go in that direction?

I need a running buddy every May as I struggle to run. I pay for the lack of running when I have to slowly build up my miles in June. I’d like to be able to run a half marathon this fall but that’s going to take consistency that to date, I haven’t given myself.
I’m fairly pleased that I shaved about 30 sec per mile tonight and only almost have up at mile 1.5.
