Out-of-Bounds Write in radare2 QNX Debug Client

Found an out-of-bounds write in radare2’s QNX remote debug protocol client. A malicious QNX debug server can send oversized responses that write past the caller’s buffer, crashing r2 (DoS) with potential for code execution. Three bugs in one function, all in shlr/qnx/src/core.c.

radare2-bindings are back! Use the native APIs of #radare2 directly from Python, Go, #Vala or NodeJS/TypeScript, requires latest valabind 2.1.0 (or Swig). the vapi files has been updated to be in sync with r2-6.1.4 thanks to @AbhiTheModder for the contribs here to make that happen!

radare2, r2ghidra, r2dec_js and Iaito are updated to latest release 6.1.4 on Haiku, the r2ghidra is only available as a plugin for 64bit.
