I’m interested in technology that makes life easier and is esthetically pleasing. I’m a LaunchBar nerd. Podcasts are my favorite medium to learn new things. I love Jesus, my family, nature, bass, skateboarding, sourdough bread, mushrooms, basketball…

Marked 3 is approved on MAS! Now I need to get marketing materials and press out, then get 3.0.1 submitted with all the fixes from the latest beta. Setapp and Paddle versions will be released at the same time. This is exciting!
How in the world is the only way to automate creating a plain text email through UI scripting? And why is the content automatically treated as a quotation?

The advantage of the LaunchBar action is that I can drill into the details of a matching document to see the matching nodes without opening the mind map. If I want, I can open the mind map directly with the matching node selected to view it in context. Or I can copy the text without opening it… or paste it with a link back to the node in another document.
It’s sad. My LaunchBar action to search @mindnode documents could be incredibly useful, but it’s so painfully slow. The issue is probably Shortcuts, since search in MindNode itself is split-second fast, compared to sometimes minutes.

While I'm not on Linux I am a long time user of Objective Development products including Little Snitch on Mac. I expect this could be quite good.

Little Snitch for Linux — Because Nothing Else Came Close

Recent political events have pushed governments and organizations to seriously question their dependence on foreign-controlled software. The core issue is simple and uncomfortable: through automatic updates, a vendor can run any code, with any…
