Made #RoastTurkey and #PumpkinCheesecake the night before #Thanksgiving. Why? My blind cousin only eats dark meat and is always bummed that he has to share with everyone else... this way he gets a turkey's worth to himself. 😎 Also made #fresh #turkeystock for a delicious #gravy.
