@kevin_redacted I am not sure how far this interesting notion that there is a Nazi in every other household has penetrated, but for the sliver of humanity which finds that unlikely, a headline like that sounds literally crazy. Twitter is "Twitter without the Nazis" within a tiny epsilon.

@jb55 civility is to some extent inversely proportional to mobility. If people can gravitate toward the rules they wish to live under without paying a high price (the way they can't between countries) the.... maybe. But if they can't, then no.
