Another option I thought about is a dedicated instance. To begin with me and my Ukrainian friends I know in person.
I miss some of them here in Fediverse.
But all the guys I can think of are more literary than techy. And I have still to figure out to them why should they join.
So it is a plan for future.

I can see that it is quite possible. But for now I lack the practical knowledge and a group ready to pay for the expenses.

I consider @neauoire is gathering curious human beings. And the instance has an interesting to read local timeline (the second of a kind I've met).
But I don't feel my scribblings in different languages fit (mostly in Ukrainian and English, but I still hope Esperanto and Toki Pona will follow).

And maybe I'm just a kind of more boring person with my daily parenting and typesetting.
