Gödel showed that math can talk about itself. He invented a numbering system called "Gödel numbering" and then wrote the following sentence with help of mathematics:

“This statement cannot be proven.”

If it can be proven, it's false.
If it can’t be proven, it's true.

So we have a true statement that math itself can never prove.

No matter how far we go,
there will always be truths just out of reach.
