Nhu Tran from the University of Cologne (supervised by Juliette de Meaux) is visiting for animal model analyses (a form of a linear mixed effects model) on plant data.

Our group was present at Jena's "Long Night of the Sciences" last Friday. Visitors could learn about phenotypic parallelism in chats, simulate evolution with NetLogo, capture unpredictable grasshoppers with a game-like simulation and see the chromosomes of a grasshopper.
