Devastated to hear this news about Yannick Mellier, whom I have known since the 90s. I think we first met at one of the first weak lensing workshops at Ringberg, Germany. Yannick’s passion for science was clear then, and continued through his leadership of the Euclid mission, for many years even when he was quite sick.
