In den Mastodon-Web-Einstellungen gibt es eine Option für eine "fortgeschrittene Benutzeroberfläche". Das ist die beste UI mit mehren Spalten. Aber nicht so schlimm wie Tweetdeck. Lasst euch drauf ein. Mit dieser ausgefuchsten Mehrspaltenansicht nutzt es sich hier am Angenehmsten.
Dann fällt mir noch die Firefox-Erweiterung von @rugk ein, die das Folgen, Interagieren und Faven auf anderen Instanz-Domains erleichtert:
