@lattera there are exceptions, but generally speaking, medical transports / organ transports don't go through the same process as regular air-carrier passengers.
They more resemble "private" general aviation flights, and even get priority handling by ATC when warranted.

Seriously, I had a credit union try to explain to me that it's "for security reasons", and when I pressed, tried to assert that the username was an ADDITIONAL FACTOR in their "MULTI FACTOR AUTHENTICATION".
