I caught a Tom Steyer ad in which he promised to ban social media for kids under 16. Instead of holding social media companies accountable for addicting everyone (not just kids) with their products, he’s embracing surveillance and the industry that profits from it, and locking kids out of a means of communication with their peers.
I guess the billionaire is a billionaire after all.
Extremely hard to like “work” and pretend that anything matters right now. But I dunno. I guess this is a thing.
