Just release uc-local-apex-dev v25.2. #orclAPEX 24.2 and 23ai containerized with powerful scripts.

- Upgraded DB to 23.7
- Script to disable archive logging
- Script to test app installs (incl. supporting objects), will output any errors

@plausible @michael Can't you just provide an alternative script that does not have any of this enabled? This would also decrease script size and I could just change the script tag.

I get that some people ask for this but feature creep after feature creep you will become what you intended to fight... So please give us at least choice.
