Mountain biking is a miracle recovery for my Achilles, truly.
Even with a flat tire and two broken spokes, today was epic.

Last week I thought I had it fixed but after assembling everything when I went for a test ride I got an error because I was missing my speed sensor 😩
Today I went for another round and can confirm complete success 💥
I love my Canyon but they made some poor decisions on this model. Anyway I fixed it and things taste better when you do it yourself.

My Achilles are on fire
Ambitious start for tomorrow. I have not been having much quality sleep and need to start very early to evade the sun.
My bike has been giving me a hard time with sudden disconnects… time to gut it (and deep clean it)
Along the way I kept a map to get everything back in place.

Stage 24 - Hard climbing day
Today I stepped up one notch and averaged 4.3 W/kg while still managing to average a Z2 run (although I pushed hard on the last climb far off Z2)
I was carrying some extra responsibility on my back 😃
