@gleick Does that mean that Trump is now the underwriter for all US currency rather than the treasury?

In conversation today I described a problem as "more of a hiccough than a glitch" (ie less of a problem).

I got to wondering if there were other phrases/words that could be added to the scale and where they would fit.
