One of the hellhounds pulled a weird and wonderful (and strangely lichen-encrusted) short story out from under the basement stairs this morning. No one remembers receiving it, and its author is listed only as "Fae."

It feels like a trap, but we're not sure if acceptance or rejection will spring it.

Trapped in a debris-filled orbit and weighed down by grief and guilt, Airo is chosen by Zeng, the pirate holding thr system captive, to aid him in his efforts.
But when Airo learns the truth, he must choose what his new legacy will be.
