Just had an email from a music plugger.

"We're pleased to announce a new act to our roster, in the name of Virigin (sic) Islands based outlaw disco-punk indie band xxxxxxx, and their new single, xxxxxxxxxx"

Just played it. No disco, no punk. Wondering now if they are really from the Virigin Islands too

Great night at the Shacklewell Arms last night where I finally got to see Swedish band VERO play (their first UK gig too). Also got to see Vegas Water Taxi and Shitkid too. I thought I travelled a long way for the gig but was talking to two women from Florida who had flown over just to see Shitkid! #punk #livemusic

Great weekend in London and Brighton reliving my love of 2000s #indie and 1990s #punk. Two fantastic sets on Friday from The Others and Bless at the Grace, and last night at the Prince Albert to see an equally strong performance from S*M*A*S*H and The DeRellas. Both gigs 10/10, no notes (apart from the ones on stage)
