Just trying to spread the good word about IPv6. Member of an obscure technical group on the internet. Still remember when it was all the ARPANET. DNS/DNSSEC.

Love pretty much any musical instrument with strings and frets (and a few with just strings). Play/build/repair as many of them as I can.

there were some nice shrimp at the grocery, so tonight we're having shrimp scampi (w *loads* o garlic) and lemon parsley rice.

i think a dry martini will pair beautifully with it.

the sauce did not suck. we'll have to try it with other seafood, maybe a pork schnitzl. had it with a chenin blanc/viognier blend wine.

worked out quite well. the creamy dill sauce was a nice change from the more traditional mushroom gravy. i started from this recipe:

wanted pasta but was in the mood for something different than the usual italian variants, so do a creole version. tasso ham, crawfish tails, cream sauce.

it did not suck.
