When wondering how the World can be so fucked up at the moment, remember this: many billionaires have the Dark Triad: Machiavellianism-Narcissism-Psychopathy. They manipulate for their own gain, they think they're never wrong and they lack empathy.
They should not be let to make any decisions affecting other people. The question is, why do we let people like this still get in charge? They don't deserve out praise or respect.
See normally when an algorithm requires The Entire Global Supply Of Ram, a software engineer would consider that not a good algorithm, and would try and make a better one instead of optimising the entire planet for paperclip manufacturing.

But WHY ON A UNHOLY DIRT PILE should they use shitty GenAi images on their marketing?
Marketing like this just makes you look stupid. Take some nice pictures of your dirt pile trucks or what have you and use that! Honest, relevant and dirty cheap even without GenAi!

For me it means writing. I am going to post soon..ish my "computer basic skills today" study plan for young students to my blog. i'd like to start writing fiction too...when i have time
