Natural History is an exhibition of artworks by Maria Dumlao and Talia Greene. Both artists critically examine the ways that humans have altered the natural environment to suit their interests, while simultaneously expressing wonder and affection for nature.
Works by four contemporary artists feel right ‘at home’ in the Studio where Wharton Esherick worked and lived in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The Wharton Esherick Museum preserves, maintains, and exhibits the sculptures and furnishings of 20th century American artist Wharton Esherick, allowing visitors to wander – and wonder – through the artist’s handbuilt working and living spaces.
