More than 10 years later... The original Pebble (2013 - still working!) vs. the new Pebble Time 2 (2026). I’m so excited!

Finally, a decent smartwatch again with long battery life, an e-paper display, proper buttons - and the cherry on top, a fully open-source firmware!

I'm using a cheap 23" TV as a monitor. Works nicely, but it has one peculiar quirk: the pixels are backwards! Most monitors follow an RGB pattern, but this one is BGR.

Under #KDE, you can compensate for this by going to System Settings > Text & Fonts > Fonts and setting sub-pixel rendering to BGR.
