This is a BS error message. I was 'unchecking' all of my Advertiser "Interests" and #twitter would only let me uncheck a couple of items at a time, before the error message would pop up.
Discovered a #javascript that you put into a bookmark that will uncheck all of items at once.
Gotta love a good snippet of code!
