Tirak didn’t look back. The Gods had seen him run. And for the first time, they didn’t stop him.
What does that mean?
He cursed a Goddess to her face.
She appeared immediately.
There was no trial.
No apology.
No second chance.
Only dust.
A God said:
“Life is a gift. Do not waste it in grief.”
Tirak was holding his father’s body.
He said nothing.
He lived.
If he had spoken,
he would have lost everything.
Some choices don’t give you both.
Harmony is rewarded.
Disharmony is erased.

He threw a stone at a Goddess.
