Accessibility is not a side note at Pixel Pioneers Bristol 2026 β€” it's part of how we want people to experience the event. The auditorium at Arnolfini Arts is fully wheelchair accessible and fitted with an induction loop system to improve the experience for people with hearing impairments. We’ll also have live captioning throughout the conference, provided by the excellent White Coat Captioning. And if you need a break, a quiet space to work, or just a moment to reset, there’s access to a green room backstage. There are even a couple of dressing rooms with showers and toilets, and elsewhere in the building, there are several fully accessible gender-neutral toilets. Our diversity scholarships, meanwhile, ensure that people who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend can join us. And that includes people who have been laid off and are currently looking for a new job, people facing economic or social hardships, and students/graduates/apprentices just beginning their careers in tech. No one should miss out on the opportunity to attend Pixel Pioneers because of the ticket price. Even if we aren't able to offer you a full scholarship, we can sort you out with a discount. Just get in touch, and we'll have a chat. We want as many people as possible to be able to attend, participate, and feel comfortable throughout the day. Because a great conference should be welcoming not just in spirit, but in practice too. πŸ“ Arnolfini, Bristol πŸ“… June 19 🎟️ https://lnkd.in/eyAmFs6b

I interviewed another @pixelpioneers speaker!

In this Q&A, @lurkmoophy shares...

πŸ‘‰ what inspired them to write a talk on the death of design systems as we know them

πŸ‘‰ why teams struggle to secure buy-in for #designsystems

πŸ‘‰ the most depressing finding from this year’s Design Systems Report

... and more. Read it here: https://pixelpioneers.co/blog/speaker-spotlight-luke-murphy

πŸ’° Save 25% on @pixelpioneers group tickets before 1 June!

I genuinely believe we learn best together, in the same physical space. And at Pixel Pioneers (Bristol, 19 June), we cover both front-end development and UX/UI design, so it makes perfect sense to team up.

That's why we're running this promotion: If you book 5 tickets or more now, you’ll pay just Β£171.25 incl VAT per ticket.

It doesn't matter who you bring. Learning together is simply better – and more fun! πŸ˜€

Ahead of his @pixelpioneers talk, I interviewed sustainable web designer and developer Nick Lewis!

In this Q&A, Nick shares how a glacier trip got him into web sustainability, what his work involves, why green choices can lead to smarter digital design, and more: https://pixelpioneers.co/blog/speaker-spotlight-nick-lewis

One for those who like their conferences useful πŸ˜€ : @pixelpioneers Bristol is back on 19 June 2026. πŸŽ‰
