I have another problem for the hive mind

I have a bunch of encrypted .ts files, I know it's AES-128-CBC and I know the IV is always all 0 and I know each bundle of files are encrypted with the same key.
I also know that the key is a combination of 16 characters a-f|0-9 (valid hex values, only lowercase)

I know the files all have the same header so I'll know when I have the right key.

can this be brute forced?
