I am downsizing slowly -- I have a bunch of old D&D stuff (1st ed AD&D source books, several years of Dragon magazine from the late 80s / early 90s, other assorted stuff. None of it is particularly mint (the first edition Unearthed Arcana is in particularly bad shape, I think) but if there are elements you are interested in keeping out of the landfill lmk I can work on a more specific list #dungeonsAndDragons

An astonishing amount of management training seems to boil down to 'have you considered not being the worst possible example of a human that you can think of? It might make your team more productive!' Which really makes me wonder about the incentive structures that lead to people who need to be told that ending up in management positions.

@thibaultamartin For windows I have been liking Foobar2000 as the main music manager. Its very no frills but overall works well for me.

@thibaultamartin I've been buying CDs since I was a teenager and never stopped. I used Amazon Music for a while but they completely ruined it a few years ago and I've not looked back. Most of the time I'm listening to music it's either on CD at home, or ripped CDs through VLC on Android.

I've bought a few albums through bandcamp, too - both CDs and digital albums, I don't mind with way, the important thing is that the music is mine to use as I please.
