Hello, I’m a Finnish programmer working in insurance. 
I’m interested in usability, home automation, games, trains, planes, OpenStreetMap, and other stuff too. I’m also trying to find ways to do better work while keeping work relatively stress free.

Not a new observation, but it’s frustrating how even “good” clothes and backpacks have such lousy zippers. I’m paying a tailor to fix five broken zippers on two jackets, which is good for the GDP I guess, but man it shouldn’t be like this

@hsivonen Common Sense Media is a useful input, as they try to describe *why* they think something is 16+. And you can judge yourself if the level of violence / nudity / swearing sounds OK

@hotdogsladies I think you have hope in how far Conan has made it?

I really loved ‘Conan O‘Brien Must Go’ and how the take a dumb joke and then spend a minute / hour / day / week on it, but the joke is always very dumb.

@karppinen en tiedä, mutta oletan että ongelmana on taloyhtiö, missä vain yhteen asuntoon on vedetty kuitu. Ehkä se on merkattu jotenkin hassusti järjestelmiin.
