Oh and pestle and mortaring some coriander leaves, a fresh chili, and the juice and flesh of half a lime together makes a really good accompaniment to roast lamb

#listeningclub hope everyone’s having a great Sunday, I did a slow roast lamb shoulder 4 hours at 150 with rosemary from the garden and a bulb of garlic, lovely! Also 7.50 a kilo from Lidl.

Takes the edge off working tomorrow because the work cat has managed to do something to the network cables. I’m presuming it’s the cat.
