Before she became known as the snooty suburbanite Hyacinth Bucket, Routledge was an acclaimed stage performer, appearing with the Royal Shakespeare Company and on the West End and Broadway.
She also starred as Hetty Wainthropp in the British television series Hetty Wainthropp Investigates (1990, 1996–1998).
In 2017, she was made a dame by Queen Elizabeth II for her services to entertainment and charity.

On the topic of AI tools finding issues: we always thought they *could* do good. The right tool used by a skilled person is a recipe for awesome outcomes.
