More progress on EDUC-8. It was supposed to be project to mess about with occasionally, not a full time project.
The GUI for entering the circuit details into a JSON data file is now done. There are 90 chips, 44 LEDs, 15 switches, 11 edge connectors and an estimated 600 connections to enter. The data has to be extracted from some fuzzy circuit board layouts and the circuit diagrams. Its going to take a while.
And here is my rendition of its front panel. The test version has working animated switches.
