This is IDF instructions for Palestinians in Gaza to avoid being killed by Israel's attacks. Israel is basically telling civilians to go online & look for the IDF-manufactured MeetUp spots inside this densely populated area to not get killed in Israeli bombings.

The instructions say: “A map published shows the numbers of the areas in the north & south of Gaza, calling on residents to locate the area relevant to them & to act if they are asked to evacuate from it.”
