What are you all using as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat Pro? It's my last remaining Adobe subscription, and it would be satisfying to see it go.

Bonus points for no or avoidable AI, and it would be nice to have a one-and-done payment rather than a subscription.

I chose tags, but they might not be the most effective. Advice and boosts appreciated!
