I just can't unsee the "John Connor" T-3000 from Terminator Genisys (2015) whenever I see Frank Remnick in The Last Frontier (2025). Also, I can't handle that that CIA operative character looks like Jennifer Lawrence but is played by someone else.
I don't use this Leica app anymore. It was just a whim. But I do still use the #Flashes app. I now have even more photos there than I had on #Instagram back then.

I have "square pics in the order they were taken" at https://pinksky.app/profile/noniza.bsky.social (all #iphonePhotography and all posted with the #Flashes app). I'm telling you that…

…because I took 5 of my currently latest 10 posted photos (that's roughly 50%) with the #LeicaLUX app, STD profile, APO-Telyt-M 135 mm f/3.4 lens simulation…

…and I kinda like the look. I don't know why, yet, but I'm glad that I'm experimenting.

I tried the Adobe #ProjectIndigo app first, but unfortunately it can't take square pics.

Julianne Moore and Kyle MacLachlan are two of my favorite actors, and Apple TV+ now has a movie (β€œEcho Valley”) with both of them in it. I'm afraid I'll have to watch it for that reason alone, especially since the two of them rarely act together. (Afaik so far only in the short film β€œThe Staggering Girl”.)
I just read #OWUD #1 (and the surrounding #FF items), and I absolutely love its visual style. It's very rare that I'm visually attracted to a Marvel comic these days, but this one was surprisingly beautiful and truly stunning. It made my day.
I just noticed the different scale of the rainfall in these screenshots. In #Bremen it's 0-3mm while in #Bergen it's 0-6mm. This app (in this case the Danish weather app DMI) is not designed for visual comparison of different cities. I just took two separate screenshots, and for a moment I thought Bremen was getting more rain than Bergen, but it isn't.

In https://bsky.app/profile/nataschastrobl.bsky.social/post/3lqknzrmbys2e an Austrian political scientist whom I respect a lot commented on a specific example of fascist dynamics in X, and I couldn't help but look there to see some details of what it was about. Now I'm sad and don't want to say anything more about it, but I'm afraid that X is in some way a reflection of current American society.

That's why the scientist is looking there, but I really shouldn't.

The rain over Germany is my tears.
I've seen almost none of the Black Mirror episodes, but the one with the USS Callister twice. And now there's been an epic sequel, which I greatly enjoyed. I'm really looking forward to the third movie in the trilogy, which shall be released in a couple of years.
Unfortunately the rest of the show was crap. I watched all 8 episodes now, and it was totally predictable and utter nonsense, after all.
