I can‘t quite put my finger on it, but this feels very much like 1999’s this-bubble-is-close-to-bursting aestethic. Is it the low effort design? Is it the fact that it‘s attached to a construction fence? Or maybe it’s the claim they‘ll make you an AI expert?
