#VisualStudio #Copilot agent is completely useless most of the time because the implementation is so buggy it 9/10 times halts (silently!) due to errors and so slow it unbearable (perhaps due to repeated auth checks again, again, again).
On top of this the UI is extremely poor at showing what if anything is actually going on. Use "GitHub Copilot" in output window for more.
We are paying for this and it's not worth the money due to the basic software issues. Model is the least of the issues.
