Friday the 13th…Again?

How are we getting three Friday the 13ths in one year? How. I ask you?! But it's true. We had one last month in February, we're having one today, and there'll be another one in November. And this week leading up to Friday the 13th has been bizarre. On Wednesday it was 80 degrees in Hampton Roads. The sun was shinning.

Changes To The Website

Good Monday morning everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. Daylight Saving took place yesterday morning, granting us an extra hour of daylight, but taking away an hour of sleep. The daylight thing would have come in handy if it wasn't so foggy this morning. Despite the fog, I managed to get to work, and I'm currently continuing a project I began over the weekend.

Spring Cleaning

Look! She’s Reading…Sort Of

I just wanted to share this photo because I think it's cute. This is me, still in pampers, attempting to read a book. No, I hadn't learned to read yet, but I was trying! Or at least I thought I was. Reading and books have been important to me since the very beginning. While I wasn't actually reading in this photo, I will say that I did end up starting school early, which led to my graduating from high school at the age of seventeen.

Valentine Graphic Novel Spin-off

Okay, I've been thinking and thinking and thinking... Should I? Shouldn't I? I think I should. I think I will. Yep, I will. I will give Veronica Entienne her own spin-off. Today I sat down and grabbed some scrap sheets of paper and quickly sketched head shots of Veronica, Mac Avery and Jo Fuentes. Nothing fancy: just what my hand and a pencil could put down on paper.

New Covers

Hello! I received a request from my mom June Parris to change the covers of two of her books. I just made some adjustments and she seems to like them, so I will update them on Amazon's KDP and on this site. All changes should take effect by the end of the week.
