More than a week ago I joined in a 30 days push up challenge with a guy on discord. Not only push ups, but I've been doing full body workout everyday and boy the results are insane. My pecs are larger than ever, I bet even a girl would be jealous of me, my triceps are starting to even out and I just feel stronger. I am not going to stop even after the challenge is done.
