Wir geben einen Überblick über die neuesten Entwicklungen im GRASS GIS Projekt mit Fokus auf die Version 8.4.0: Der Begriff "Location" ist nun einfach "Projekt", die Support-Vektor-Machine Methode zur Bildklassifikation ist in GRASS-core verfügbar und optionale JSON Ausgabe neu in verschiedenen Tools. Verbesserungen in der grafischen Benutzeroberfläche und neue Werkzeuge für Jupyter Notebooks machen GRASS GIS zugänglicher und skalierbarer für Anwendungen von der Wissenschaft bis zur Industrie.
