Shout out to Damian, a fellow Pole in Southeast Asia, who inspired me to record a video about my digital nomad workout routine. Thanks again for the kind words, and I'm glad my tips addressed your concerns.
Only airports or big retail in India accept Apple Pay. But all shops accept local QR payments via UPI. With Cheq, I top-up via Apple Pay and then pay at local vendors.

I’m nuts about nuts. And on my trip to Kolkata, I just discovered FOX NUTS. They are crunchy, nutritious and like popcorn, but much better. My new favorite!

I know, I know. Everyone was recommending sweets to me in Kolkata. I did try some, but ultimately my favorite new culinary discovery was panipuri!

Crunchy, with potato filling, and dipped in refreshing dressing.

Delicious!

The global presence of Starbucks attracts nomads. I wish to see a standardized Wi-Fi approach that doesn't require a local mobile number to connect while sipping coffee.
High tables at Starbucks are my favorite, and I'm glad to find them in Kolkata, India as well.
Apple embracing video podcasts is a tremendous change for the podcasting ecosystem. Especially because they chose a different path than YouTube and Spotify. Podnews Weekly Review did a great job explaining technical nuances that will shape the future of content creation.

Home base eSIM + local eSIM is all you need as a Digital Nomad.

Keep your main number always active for ~8 USD/year to:
- Use it for iMessage/FaceTime
- Receive 2FA SMS
- Bank and app verification

Before going to your next destination, find the best deal on eSIMDB to:
- Select the required quota of data, e.g. 10 GB/month
- Filter out providers without hot-spot support
- Get a plan without throttling and daily caps
- Get 5G coverage

Thanks to fierce competition, local eSIM costs ~8 USD/month

Like many fellow digital nomads, I wanted to exercise regularly, but moving around interfered with my routine.

So I adjusted my workout habit to be universal. Now it's:
- weight-based with a fallback to bodyweight exercises
- have alternative exercises when needed
- effort feedback for each exercise
- minimum of 4 sessions a week
- synced with fitness trackers
- adjusted for limited space
- can do it in any gym
- 45-60 min sessions
- increasing weights

Freeletics gives me all of that.

Nomads dot com, the biggest digital nomad community that I've been part of, introduced my feature request. An automated weekly newsletter sends a summary of Nomads' Telegram conversations. Super useful for checking the pulse of our global digital nomad community.
