For how much Apple talks about privacy, it’s absolutely wild to me how they default to sharing your location inside of every image you text people. My friends and family are always shocked and had no idea when I show them.

(Context: You know how you can see where your photos were taken in the Photos app? When you text someone that image, Apple includes that location in the metadata by default so if someone saves that image and looks at it in photos, they see the exact location it was taken.)
